Hironao - my japanese trainee

I will train new guy Xao in Guangzhou next month to do graphics things on my designs... start my fashion items for next spring. on the other hand, hironao naruse soon starts working with me in nagoya and then come to hong kong.. i need to think of applying a working visa for him.. the worst thing i need to find a place for him to sleep.. not next to me. my staff in hong kong will train him to do my online marketing and promotion in japan. i am not good at writing in japanese... My old Japanese master's son... so i need to help him out too. damn it.

Hiring a Japanese guy ?

My old Japanese boss called me to hire his son Hironao.. The problem is to find a place for him to live. The rent is so expensive in Hong Kong. I do not want to sleep with a Japanese guy every night!

By the way, I need to contact adveritising agency for internet marketing in US and Japan. First, I need to sell on the street as the same as I develop helmet parts.

UH Reunion in Hong Kong

I graduated over 10 years ago and my old college, University of Hawaii at Hilo, came to Hong Kong for reunion this week. I think I will meet many old schoolmates.

Hilo is a very beautiful city with many pretty Japanese ladies. I try to get some pictures of UH Hilo.

It is famous for Volcano and raining a lot!! This is the only place on this planet you can see flowing lavas into the oceans. It is why it rains everyday.

I used to work in Japan and China for automobile industry for few years. Today, my Old Japanese Boss (Naruse) called me for help! Help his son to get a job. I told him to be my apprentice for 1 month about my motorcycle business.

Helmet Quality in China

I visited few manufacturers in Asia these years. Many brands such as HJC, Icon, and AFX are moving their productions into China and Taiwan for cost-efficiency with their own management and staff. In return, Chinese local makers could learn faster and their helmet quality have been catching up after 2002. However, as many helmet dears complains, one of the big obstacles for Chinese OEM makers are their QC (Quality Control) due to their low-cost management. It is true that people get what they pay for. Arai and Shoei have a strong control of quality management with workers using eyesight in details. I can tell you that the price difference between expensive helmets and cheap helmets are mostly these costs such as QC, marketing, and sponsorship.

I need to inspect the new supplier in Shenzhen and stay in Guangzhou for few days for setting up a team for online marketing for our brands.

New Masei Tiger Tora Helmets come out today

Today, my staff told me that my designs (masei tiger helmet) came out finally. The orange chrome one is the best. Only have a quantity of 100 units on markets. Totally, I spent 6 months to get it out and spent over US$4500 on this graphics.

On the other hand, this tiger graphics I need to put into different helmet models and need to give up this 8XX model as soon as possible for US market.

My best friend Keiko got married in 2008 and we have been friends for 18 years... damn! i am getting old!! Okaasan (her mother) is so cute!
